Can you identify this long lost Richmond building?

What's your guess?

Bryd St Depot

Yup. From a paper I wrote: Byrd Street Station stood at 7th and Canal near what is now the Kanawha Plaza.
Construction began in the early months of 1886 and work completed in the Spring of 1887. The depot, and the surrounding buildings, officially opened on April 11, 1887.
The train house, baggage shed, freight shed, and passenger station was designed by Philadelphia architect W. Bleddyn Powell (1854-1910) who was then working for the Pennsylvania Railroad as their Engineer of Bridges and Buildings. He later became City Architect of Philadelphia, serving in that position from 1889 until his retirement in 1909.
