This picture is a bit out of date.The building on the right, which is at the end of the 300 block of 27th St., has been restored -- the owners did a great job, too.
Unfortunately, the structure on the left which is at the beginning of the 400 block of 27th is in disgraceful and dangerous condition. Why the City doesn't hold the owners accountable is beyond me.
