Can you name what block this is in Richmond?

This is a very rare view of a certain street in Richmond. The time period is ca. 1920s. What street, block number, and is it the north or south side of the street?

    I ran across this while looking for something else, and coincidentally I am sitting in the turret on the third floor of 828 West Franklin Street, called Blanton House by VCU.
